RMA - Guarantee approach, repair or exchange

if you have a defect product or you have to send a product back, please fill in the form below and ask for a RMA-Number.

For a fast support you have to do the follow:

1. download the RMA-Form and fill in the gaps (only in German!) DOWNLOAD
2. Send the product with the form back. Without a RMA-Number we can't exchange anything, so please contact us for a number before. 

We will contact you after we received the product back. Normally it takes approx. 5 working days.
